Who is jesus?

Who Is Jesus of Nazareth?

Nearly 2,000 years ago, Jesus (Yeshua, in Hebrew) lived and taught in Israel.  Jesus claimed to be the Son of God, and God Himself.

At the end of a short three-year preaching and healing ministry, Jesus was crucified by the Roman occupiers of Israel. However, his death was not the end of the story.  The Bible teaches that after three days in the grave, Jesus rose from the dead. After his resurrection, Jesus appeared to his disciples and hundreds of others before his ascension into Heaven.

To millions of Christians, Jesus is God and has saved them from eternal conscious death in hell. To others, Jesus is a great moral teacher whose teaching may be inspiration to live by. But Jesus does not give us the option to accept him merely as a moral teacher. As the author C.S. Lewis said,

“A man who was merely a man and said the sort of things Jesus said would not be a great moral teacher. He would either be a lunatic – on a level with the man who says he is a poached egg – or else he would be the devil of hell. You must make your choice. Either this man was, and is, the Son of God: or else a madman or something worse…. You can shut Him up for a fool, you can spit at Him and kill Him as a demon; or you can fall at His feet and call Him Lord and God. But let us not come up with any patronizing nonsense about His being a great human teacher. He has not left that open to us. He did not intend to.”

Through the videos and articles on this blog, I hope you will consider the claims of Jesus, the Christ (Messiah, in Hebrew) and come to the realization that Jesus is who he claimed to be: The Son of God, the Creator of the Universe, the Savior of Mankind, and God Himself.
